Cloud Code acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website and enrollment forms, processed in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

We may process identity data (name, email), professional data (company, role), technical data (IP address, device type), and communications you send through forms or support channels.

Data is used to respond to inquiries, operate cohorts, improve curricula, secure our services, and meet legal obligations. Marketing communications occur only with consent where required.

Processing relies on contract performance, legitimate interests (service improvement and security), consent where applicable, and legal obligations.

We retain enrollment records as needed for course administration and tax obligations, then anonymize or delete data unless a longer period is required by law.

We use vetted subprocessors (hosting, email delivery, survey tools) under agreements requiring appropriate safeguards and PDPA-aligned handling.

If data is transferred outside Thailand, we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures permitted under PDPA.

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational controls including access restrictions, encryption in transit where supported, and staff training.

Subject to PDPA, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. Contact us to exercise rights.

Services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe we collected a child's data in error, contact us for prompt deletion.
