By accessing Cloud Code training materials, websites, or cohort spaces, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

Cloud Code provides cohort-based technical education, mentor feedback, and related documentation. Deliverables are educational; we do not guarantee employment or certification outcomes.

You agree to provide accurate registration details, respect other participants and staff, follow acceptable use policies in shared labs, and refrain from sharing access credentials.

Course materials, templates, and branding remain owned by Cloud Code unless explicitly licensed. You may retain portfolio artifacts you author, excluding proprietary starter kits marked confidential.

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Cloud Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from training participation, including lab outages or third-party tooling behavior.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Bangkok unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

We may suspend access for violations of community guidelines or non-payment where applicable. You may stop participating according to the Money-Back Policy timelines.

We may update these terms with a revised last updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance except where applicable law requires explicit consent.
