Money-Back Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains refunds for paid Cloud Code cohorts where prices are listed in THB. It complements consumer protections under Thai law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 as amended.

2. Eligibility Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if cohort materials have not been substantially accessed. After material access or 14 days, partial refunds may apply as described below.

3. Partial Refunds

If you withdraw after digital materials unlock but before the third live session, you may receive a partial refund minus an administrative fee of 15% of tuition, unless mandatory law requires a higher refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party vouchers, travel bookings, or customized corporate invoices marked non-refundable are excluded unless vendors permit returns.

5. Process Steps

Email our team with your enrollment ID, reason, and banking details for domestic transfers. We confirm receipt within 5 business days.

6. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds are initiated within 14 business days via bank transfer in THB. International wires may incur fees charged by banks.

7. Cancellation by Cloud Code

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date without penalty.

8. Exceptions

No refunds for violations of community guidelines resulting in removal, or where fraud or chargeback abuse is detected.
